very reliable,fast and friendly,my wife and I could not figure out what we wanted for stain, Matt did an incredible job of mixing several stains till we was happy with the color, he put in a boarder around my fireplace at no extra charge although our job was 2 days out of schedule due to a family emergency we are more than happy with our floors, thanks Matt for all the extras A+++
