Brian M. runs a sole propriortorship major appliance service in a very professional way. We have needed to call on him twice in the past couple weeks for separate issues. He was very responsive to our calls and showed up as scheduled within a day each time. We found him to be very knowledgeable and competent regarding his craft as well as taking the time to educate us to manage future similar issues. Additionally, he offered and provided a senior discount for his services, something we noted in no other ads. Highly recommended.
