WORST COMPANY WE EVER DELT WITH! We paid Perry Haushalter for storm shutters in June 2011. We still don't have shutters. He won't answer our calls. Before you hire a contracting company ask if Perry Haushalter owns it and if he does call someone else. Check him out with the Better Business Bureau. I wish we would have. He don't deserve but I had to give at least one.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I needed a new vacuum and I had heard good things about Oreck so I found that we had an Oreck store on the Westbank of New Orleans in Harvey, La. The pricing was a good $100 cheaper than what I found on Oreck's own website and the free tune up service contract the store offered was a lot better too! I am sure we will get good use out of those free tune up's since we are really hard on a vacuum. The man who waited on me was the owner of the business and he took his time to show me all the models (there are many to choose from!) and there was NO PRESSURE at all. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for any Oreck product because this store carries it all!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased a patio cover from this company in May 2011. We were told the cover and labor were guaranteed and warranteed not to leak and was told the guarantee was a lifetime guarantee and warranty. We thought we were in good hands. Everyone was very polite and it seemed like a good company with a great product. 2 wks after installation we had our 1st rain. To say the cover leaked is quite an understatement. The cover POURED water the entire length of the cover. We called The Factory LLC telling them of the problem and was told someone would call us back to let us know when they would be out to take care of it. We did not expect them to run right out and fix the cover, we just expected them to advise us of a time frame to repair the cover. After a while with no call we called them back leaving a voice message requesting a returned call. We called a few more times that day and each time we left voice messages requesting a call. No return call. The next day we continued to call and still left voice messages with NO RETURN CALL. We even emailed the company and once again explained about the patio cover that is useless when raining and requested a call and asked them again to please fix the patio cover that was leaking. To this day we have received no call and the cover is still not fixed. AlI we wanted was for this company who made all these promises to back their word and fix our cover. The customer service from this company is nonexistant as is the "service after the sale". I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone unless they are looking to spend a lot of money and get screwed. And by this I by no means mean it in a positive way.
