I have never gone anywhere except to Fastint.....and never will. Russell has always done a great job on my vehicles and those of the people I have sent to him

I have been a customer of Fastint for 26 years. I highly recommend to all my family and friends to support this local business. The owner is very much a people person. I had all my vehicles serviced at Fastint, including my rhino truck bed liner and my undercover bed cover. I support a family business that views me as a person instead a corp. that reduces me to a number.

I brought my wife's two day old 2014 Ford Fusion to Fast tint. They completed her car in about 4 hours; they left glue and drip marks all over her door, dash, and rear seat (No clean up of any kind) . In three days we could see a lot of dirt and lint in most of the rear, front passenger and drivers doors, also scratches in the visor tint rear window and rear passenger door from a tool to smooth out the tint. I went back on the fifth day to talk to the lady that did it, She said to please give it the 30 days to completely dry so we did. When i got back from offshore 28 days later we brought her car by; she said she would redo the 4 windows when the weather warmed up. I called today and spoke with a guy that said he was the owner; he said he would rather give me my money back because he feels that he will never make me or my wife happy. I said he had time and labor in the car and that wouldn't be fair; he said he would rather refund the money because he will never make us happy and that there is no such thing as a perfect tint job. I said I'm not looking for perfect just better then what was done the first time with out as much dirt and no scratches in the center of the windows. Actually we didn't point out most of the flaws the lady that tinted the car did.
