This dispute has not 1 but many facets to explain. A new home was built and used CountrysidePlumbing(CSP) as the supplier/installer of all plumbing work assigned to project. The main dispute is regarding water treatment and problem confrontation/resolution. 1.Refund Practices. CSP appeared to be prepared and knowledgeable at first. Once purchased, install was not done properly. Iron content very high caused staining in entire house fixtures. CSP is now (3 months after install) guessing at options w/no solution, placing blame on well driller and others, not returning calls and lastly no acknowledgement of registered mail requests. 2.Selling Practices. On numerous conversations, iron was a problem from the beginning of the project. 3 water tests were conducted before install and 2 after. CSP was well aware, confirmed and recommended unit. CSP must get preferred selling of CSI products. From the start this unit did not perform on the application. CSI rep was at the home and indicated unit is not capable to handle situation. CSP instructed owner to purchase inline filter and to no avail the filter was clogged in less than 2 hours of installation. Clearly inadequate advice again which included misleading advertising and misrepresentation of what the job needs. It is a new year and no response provided yet by Countryside Plumbing(CSP). Homeowners are looking at other companies to assist. One plumbing company has already said the CSI softener installed may not be able to work and must be replaced. Softener purchase price: $1800. Wise choice Countryside. Refund pending from CSP for cleaning of entire house due to incompetent install (service & supplies), unusable inline filter, time/material caused by homeowners missed work, phone calls, certified letters, headaches & most of all disappointments.
