Provided by YP.comJust bought an A.O. Smith Hot Water Heater from these folks. The heater came with a factory defect.To say the least I was a little upset with a defect in a new heater. The heater I replaced was an A.O. Smith Heater that would have been 22 years old in July. It was not broken but I felt it needed replacing.
These folks went out of their way to please me so did A.O. Smith. With a little patience things work out,without it they just get worse.
I appreciate their courteous and professional way of handling things.
I would certainly recommend these folks and would definately use them again if the need arises.
