Bought a hot water heater about 5 years ago from this company. Had trouble with it within a year & got charged over $100 for service man to come out & not fix it. Now went out completely after 5 years. Buying a new one from another company.

I am no plumber but I replaced a stem, seats,and springs in my shower! Thanks to the young man and his expert advice and instructions, I did it! Saved me a service call! These people are friendly, and very helpful! It was a difficult task for a woman that knows nothing about plumbing! Thanks Byford Plumbing and Electric.!.
