Mrs. Erica came to my school and educated me on wigs. She also helped raise money for cancer patients and also helped donate a wig to a staff member in the school. She has been really helpful.

The owner of this business came to my school and donated a 300 dollar wig to a cancer patient in my school despite the struggles of her business at the time. She came in and touched all our hearts and taught us so much about wigs and hair in general. My barbering class in now flourishing thanks to her honest and caring heart. I would recommend her and her store to anyone in need of help for a wig. Thank you Erica.

Erica , the owner of The Wig Outlet came into my school and helped someone get a wig and that she taught my class so many different things that I never knew . She also put her own money out to help us fundraise money to help someone buy a wig , she's very caring , honest , helpful and I recommend her and the store to anyone who is in need of a wig. She's really caring and she sticks with you throughout the whole process

My experience here was amazing. I am getting married in October and I need a certain kind of hair extension piece for my wedding. Not knowing ANYTHING about extensions,I knew I needed help. What I found were two women- Tracy and Erica- who were extremely helpful and inviting. Unfortunately they didn't carry the piece that I needed in my price range (I am only wearing this piece for one day, so I didn't want to make an investment in it), but they did offer several other pieces that they could order that would work for me. As you probably know, all human hair products are final sale, and for someone (me) who knows nothing about extensions or color matching, it was a daunting task for me to order this piece. Erica and I sat and went through all of the colors together. No agenda, no commissions (as the products I am looking at are a different and online company), just genuinely wanted to help someone with no knowledge of the industry. Good customer service is so refreshing and appreciated.
