I bought a home from Larlham Contracting 4 years ago. I loved my home and thought it was beautifully built. However, after about 3 and a half years I began to have mold growing on my cathedral ceiling. I spoke to both Mark and Dan beginning in June about this problem and I also sent pictures of the ceiling. It is now December and the ceiling looks much worse; neither one of them has returned my calls and have yet to come to my house to identify the problem. It is sad and frustrating that a builder would not stand by their work and identify problems that may arise.
