I am taken aback by the aberrant anti-thesis of hospitality that lies in the origin of this establishment.i have ambivalent feelings toward this ct wireless inc. My first impression was good because I was treated like a customer and skillfully persuaded to purchase an I phone 5 in which I felt comfortable so I gave in. However, I was having a little problem with the service and tried to rectify the problem with the owner. He was very inhospitable when I encountered him and discussed the issue.Also, he told me about a service provider that cost a certain price and then added additional money for the same service on a seperate occasion. After he heard my concern he eventually ignored me. When I told him that he was very inhospitable.He threatened to call the police,so I said go ahead because I am only an irate customer who is only getting low-quality service and in need of quality, not quantity.Eventually, he got to his senses because other customers were beginning to get concern about his ill-equipped methods of rectifying the problem. How can I be criminalized for creating an awareness of the low-quality service of this establishment?unfortunately, I am not only being criminalized as a dissatisfied customer, but also I am being blamed for patronizing this establishment.This is surreal!!!
