I agree that the service for the S. High Street CVS has lousy service. When dropping off a prescription, was told to return in one hour. Came back and still had to wait 40 more minutes for order. Staff seemed to stand around a lot and not very helpful. At one point as I was waiting, pharmasist said he'd do my order next. That took almost 30 minutes. Will think twice about using that store for future prescriptions. VERY SLOW!

Pharmacy help was horrible. The Pharmacist was very rude, the techs were to lazy to make a phone call to my insurance company to get the information required to fill my script. To the pharmacy employees of store on Port Republic Rd. you need to take lessons on how to provide customer service you are the worst I have seen in a long time. Highly recommend visiting the store on Resevior and Cantrell instead, I give that store (Store #1552) a five star, they had the best customer service I have seen in any CVS by far.
