Pretty on the outside but its nothing but a glorified ghetto. Most pet owners do not clean up after their dogs so there are piles of crap everywhere, Neighbors steal packages, smoke in the building (ciggs and marijuana), thumping rap music and drinking in the parking lot yelling MY NIGGA at each other loud enough to hear on the third floor. if you complain the staff will cop an attitude and call you racist. Don’t bother calling security while all of this is going on, they are always at least an hour away and will tell you to call the Police. People throw trash all over (including used condoms and needles) junk vehicles in the parking lot, our vehicles (2 cars and a motorcycle) were damaged/vandalized in some way over the year that we lived here. Building looses hot water at least once a month; biting spiders went unaddressed, air conditioning units for the third floor apartments are useless. It runs 24/7 and it stays at least 80 degrees in our apt.
