I have used Castle for my fuel oil co. for a few years now, and was always content with deliveries and service until now. I recently recieved a letter telling me that they will no longer do business with me because I do NOT burn enough oil per year. They want their customers to consume a minimum of 600 gallons of oil per year, of which I do not. Their trucks go past my house for other home deliveries, so why not fill two homes in one day instead of coming back next week to fill mine?

A few years ago I refurbished my 43 year old home. Reinsulated, (new); electric service, central air, windows, doors, sliders, roof, siding, heating system, ect, ect.

People do this to increase comfort and efficiency in their home and to reduce the amount of utilities needed to do so. Castle does not like customers that are conservative and consciencous about the envirnment or their wallet. While many praise going green, it must be turning Castle oil co. owners stomach.
