CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

I made reservations online to pick up a moving truck on a Saturday. The main reservation center 1-800 number said they were open from 8am-12pm on Saturday. I showed up at 10:30am even though I made a reservation for pickup at 8am and the store was closed and locked up. I called the 1-800 number and was told they would find me another moving truck within two hours. Budget never called me back within the two hours and I had to call them back asking where my moving truck was. I finally got a moving truck at 2pm at this location and the guy who was the customer service manager said he didnt have all day to wait around all day for customers when I was told the store would be open on a Saturday from 8am-12pm. Next time, customers should rent at their competitors', at least their store wont be closed on a Saturday, a prime moving day for most people.
