We contacted Wolfgang to come out to service our Subzero refrigerator/Freezer because the ice maker was not making ice. The service tech came out and I explained what was going on. The freezer and refrig was keeping temp but no ice was being made. I showed him a bag of ice that was in freezer for two weeks and it was still frozen. He took every shelf out of the freeze took out a panel and removed the ice maker. He set everything aside and brushed the coils for two minutes put everything back togetgher and asked for $149.00 paid in cash or check. I said what was done and is it working. He said that i will be calling again to have him come back and in the meantime he will look up information for when he comes back. The next day the refrig was not cold and the freezer was just cold. I called back and told the person that answered the phone what happened and he said he would come back. That he did and when he walked in the front door he already knew what was wrong and I needed a new compressor at $1,400.00, did not even look at it. I told him he could leave. I took the refrig apart myself and cleaned the coils and fans myself it took 1/2 hour, it was filthy, I put it all back together and it has been working perfect, very bad customer service, I have sent emails and asked to speak to a manager and as of 2 weeks later still no one has caled me do not reccommend this company.
