Staff is friendly, but wait times have increased, and they've stopped reviewing insurances prior to providing service. Recently they completed half of the work on a crown, and only then informed me that my ins would not cover the more than $1100 cost and that I was expected to pay the entire amount on the spot. When I questioned why they hadn't informed me of this cost prior to drilling into my tooth (or I would have waited until I had the funds to pay for it), they told me it was not their responsibility and that they would not complete the work until the balance was paid. They were unwilling to budge. My family has been a client here for years. They have been pushy about "extra" services, but have always disclosed costs and were very good about letting us know what insurance would cover - they are no longer! I've had friends and family have similar experiences at this office recently - including sending account balances to collections while they were still receiving payment.
