My husband and I bought a couch from the store and while we were looking the sales people were so pushy. They would not leave us alone long enough to look at anything and we were really put off.
We did buy a couch here and bought the 'protection plan'. The protection plan is awful. It's suppose to repel all liquids and we have spilled a few things on the couch and it just soaks right in!

Great sales person let me look with no pressure. Amazing price. The warehouse guy was supper helpful too.

This place doesn't even deserve one star but I had to leave one. I ordered a sectional on Thanksgiving last year and it still is not in. We were told it was in stock when we bought it. Was told last month we would get it on the 20th of January and just received a call that its going to be in February. I was so mad I canceled the whole order and the person on the other end of the phone did not care. If anyone reads this stay away from this place because they do not care about their customers. I hope this place goes out of business.

New no credit check program is really great we got livingroom 5pc set and payment fit our budget. Plus when we are done paying we own it. Lee was very professional and very comforting since we have no so good credit. Value city is great

i just purchased bunk beds with mattresses and paid extra for delivery and set up . the furniture arrived on time but it took longer to put together than i was told and the people who put it together never put it all together and necer put the beds back against the wall. they left with out giving me a chance to check the beds. when my 4 tr old walked up the steps and laid on the top mattresses the slat broke in two. I had to keep calling the store for ten min after their opening time before they answered the phone.. Then when i explained the problem i got told it was my fault not theirs and it told me a good half hour or more and being persistent to get the matter resolved. I would never buy any thing else from that store again i would rather take my chances with walmart or kmart you really couldn'ti do any worse even if your a furniture assembly idiot. Because the furniture store sure isn't professional at all.
