United Concordia Dental insurer appears to be in the business of denying claims for ordinary dental work. They have denied over 70% of my family's claims in two and a half years for fillings, a crown and perio work-- (the other 30% were just cleanings, and I'd imagine they haven't figured out how to weasel out of them yet). This seems to be pretty typical, based upon comments from their FB page. Avoid at all costs. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.
