Won't take my Chevy anywhere else! The service department is very accommodating & honest! This was & is a different dealer experience than one would expect. They know how to treat their customers!

I scheduled to have some recall work performed and to check on why the check engine light and the notification display also had two other messages. The service department kept me notified what was going on while I was waiting for the recall work to be performed. The recall work was completed and the car was ready. I started the car and the check engine light came back on. I went back inside and they were very polite and apologized for the light coming back on. I waited some more and it turned out to be an issue covered under the powertrain warranty that I did not expect. They had the part and were able to fix the issue. Wonderful service and customer focus. What really made this experience so nice was to get a follow up call to ensure that the problem has not re-appeared!

I love being a customer with Sutliff Chevy. They are very courteous and always get my car serviced in a timely manner with no hassels. This is my second vehicle with Sutliff Chevy. Whenever there's a problem with my car, it gets repaired right away and I never have any out of pocket cost thanks to the warrenty

The parts department people are top notch! Very friendly and very helpful! They will be the ones I always will recommend!!!

Great selection. They had a used Traverse there for the best price I've seen anywhere for a similar make/model.
