We had a toilet leak. Didn't seem like a big deal, but it turns out the water flooded our drop ceiling below. I called my insurance carrier and luckily they pointed me to ServiceMaster. Keith came out and assessed the water, then his team cleaned it up. We luckily had spare ceiling tiles to put into the area that was ruined. He even helped us with those.

Highly recommend, very prompt and to the point, gets things done.

I would never recommend this Comany to a Enemy. Their service is HORRIBLE!! They lie about the cost that services will be until they are finished and then they give you a outrageous bill for work they never done. And God forbid if it's a INSURANCE Claim they will soak your insurance company for the MAX amount of your coverage. I had many of things BROKEN,NEVER CLEANED, AND STOLEN. They should not even be in buisness!!

This company gave me such peace of mind with dealing with the insurance company and handling all the paperwork involved.

Their workers are very detailed and customer service oriented. They treated us with repect and our possessions after our mishap. No other company will ever step foot in any of our properties but these guy. A1 all the way
