Visited Magic Nails on Wednesd...

Visited Magic Nails on Wednesday, July 25th around 3:00pm. My wife was quoted a price of $35 to have her nails treated and an eyebrow wax as on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays they have a special, which is posted out front of the store, advising the manicure would be free with the purchase of the special nail treatment my wife gets. My wife paid the bill and then looked at the receipt and noticed she had been charged $60, instead of what she was quoted, with the special for Wednesday, of $35. My wife went back to get a refund. A female manager, who would not provide her name, advised her she was wrong and she was charged correctly. My wife advised me of this and I asked her to show me the sign advertising special that she was quoted. I observed the special on a sign right out front of Magic Nails. While I read the sign the same female manager came over and asked me if I had any questions. I advised her I was just reading the sign. My wife than explained why I was reading the sign, due to her being overcharged. The manager told me to come into the store and started writing the rates on a notebook paper. The manager would not let my wife or I speak, consistently interrupting us and pointing at numbers on a paper, which still did not add up to $60. My wife than said forget about it, I will no longer do business here because she is not listening to us. The manager again told us we didn’t understand. I advised the store manager she didn’t understand one of her employees quoted the wrong price. The manager asked us what we wanted and my wife replied to be charged the $35 we were quoted. At this point the manager advised my wife, and I quote, “you are only here to get something for free, goodbye”. I advised the manager we did not need anything for free, but her employee was not quoting the correct price and she was not honoring the daily special. She then, yelling at us and following us out of the store, told us “you get nothing for free”. I advised the manager she was unprofessional for making accusations like that and that my wife had come here often for the past 2 years. The manager than told me, and I quote, “you should not be dressed like that if you are an a**hole” (referring to my button down collared shirt and dress pants as I was on lunch break from my job). I advised her I would file a complaint with the BBB and we would be contesting the charge with our bank, PSECU. She then told us to leave and continued to call us “a**holes” in front of other clients. At this point my wife and I left the mall all together.
