I ordered a set of end tables and a cocktail table back in November and was told that it will take around 6 weeks to receive the merchandise. I was able to pick up one end table and the cocktail table that same day which were the one used as demo, as the manager of the store was not happy with me taking the tables from the store. I was short for one of the end tables. Six weeks has passed and I haven't heard from the store. I called and they put me on hold then said they will call back. I am new to the area, moved from Florida, and I am used to prompt delivery service. Not expecting to find that here but at least, a reasonable amount of time, let's say, 2 weeks for the delivery of furniture. To say the least, no more N-B Liebman for me. It's ridiculous that a client has to wait month and a half to have their furniture delivered with o courtesy call from the store to let you know if the furniture arrived or how long more is going to take.

I went to NB looking for a bedroom set. When I steped in the door the sales woman come right up and walked with me around the store. She couldn't answer basic questions about the furniture and then promised to call me with the answers. A week later I still didn't hear from her. I went back into the store and asked about another set. This time they couldn't get me the set I wanted. To avoid having to drive to Harrisburg I asked them for the number of Wolf's which they would not give me. If NB couldn't get me the pieces I wanted, they should have the courtesy to assist me by giving me the number of someone that might be able to, Poor customer service.
