My name is Becky Clements and I was at the store at 3819 Walnut St Hbg on 1/18/21at approximately 3:20pm. The space from ordering area to pickup is NOT large enough for mid-sized to larger vehicles, the girl taking the money and handling the food was RUDE when asked to put items in separate bags because we paid both order on one card. And the chicken was dried out and the skin was so hard I couldn’t even cut through it with a steak knife. And the biscuits were not flaky like usual they were also hard and dry, it was like it was all from the day before. I’m usually NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN. But my order was just just too dried out I NEEDED to let some KNOW. Unfortunately I don’t have my receipt because my friend got the meals on here card as payment for taking her to the doctor. If I could please have a call back do I KNOW someone read this I’d be much appreciated.

Horrible SERVICE, bad ATTITUDE, long waits, phone ALWAYS off the hook, food not cooked properly.

i have went into this kfc and i went into order and the cashier was acting like she is hating to have to take my order she got a bad personality and yelling and talking to her employees very mean and nasty and all them swear words she was using to smh, not something that should be done at all but not in front of paying customers made me glad she is not my boss being that rude and disrespectful to her employees as she was. i think her name was kelly but she is skinny and got blondish hair didnt like her personailty at all would never wanna go back there again id rather go hungry then eat there never refer that kfc to any one id warn them not to go there ever
