I go in there and get very expensive hair and they custom order the color for me so far as quality of supplies it's good but when it comes to customer service this kind of wishy-washy if you get the older woman she's very nice or The "non-Asian" girl that works there she's very nice but if you get the one girl who is always on her phone always with her earphones and she is like always in a crap mood. And this is coming from somebody that goes here once every three months and is a guarenteed customer.

Found employees to be very rude. Stopped in seriously considering purchasing something from here but when I asked to purchase a cap as the sign said the employee at first ignored me and then refused to sell me a cap because she "felt" i wasn't serious about making a purchase and wouldn't let me try on any of the wigs. I wouldn't buy one WITHOUT trying it on obviously but she refused to help and could have cared less.

when I went into the shop I experienced the same thing as the last person to write a review for this shop. i have a feeling the same lady was working and when I was looking at the wigs they seemed low quality she snuck around the corner watching me and didn't say anything! I asked her for advice and about pricing because I never bought a wig before and all she said was " our wigs are from 30 dollar ... to 100 dollar " extremely unhelpful I left disappointed it was a waist of time and will NEVER go back to this shop!

I found the clerk to be very uninterested in serving a customer. The first time I ventured into the store, I couldn't find any one in the store. She was in the back room. When she finally came up front, she sat down behind the counter and played with her cellphone until I called her to check me out. The second time I went to the store, again no one up front. Eventually same person came out from back room. She did the sale, but when I got home, one item was missing from my bag. Store doesn't answer their phone, so I called the Mall office. They got her a message to call me. She said, "Everything was in the bag." and hung up. She called on a cellphone that wasn't even in this area code. I called it back and a man answered telling me I called the wrong number. (I believe their accents were similar.) Since I got the number from caller ID, I don't think it was possible! Fortunately, I was gypped on an inexpensive item. Perhaps it was simply an error, but the attitude is sending me running in another direction.
