i got to my destination prompt and safe and the price was much lower than keystones. i most def will call bvack

If i could have gave a star i would have horrible cab company they overcharge you and some even still stuff outta cars avoid if you can and there always late

Worst car service I've ever called . Drivers are always late , and some of them even try to rig the meter to charge customers extra . How do I know this ? Because I became "friendly" with 3 of the drivers who admitted and laughed about rigging the meters , either when customers "got on their nerves" or just because they "felt like it" . I suggest you beware of these people . If you were smart , You'd think twice .

The airport division of this company is the worst service I have witnessed in my life. Make no mistake there is a reason this company has a low rating. Company tried to charge us double the metered fare late at night. The second driver drove poorly.

This Cab Company is TERRIBLE. Would also give ZERO stars if possible. One of their cabs backed into my car at the Harrisburg airport cell phone lot and it has now been a month and a half and I have not been able to reach anyone at the company to resolve. My most recent telephone call to them was put on hold for well over half an hour when I finally resigned to hang up. - Gerry G. Hazleton, PA

Gave 1 star because i couldn't give 0 stars. The driver was very rude when he dropped me off. I am reporting them to the state commission. Got the phone number to call and the operator number. I won't be surprised to find out the number doesn't exist. Bad thing about it is I come to Middletown twice a year and never have this problem. I have my own company and if I treated people like this I would not have customers.

I called at 6:45 pm for a 7:30 cab to a downtown pub for dinner. At 8:45 after several calls to the service, I get a call from the driver asking if I still need a cab.



I informed the driver that I'd just called another service. I was rather rudely informed that if be waiting much linger than if I just used this service to which I relied "I've already been waiting over an hour..."



I will never attempt to use this service again and will highly recommend the hotel manager here stop recommending such an incompetent and unprofessional service.



By the way, 1 star is the mini the system would allow.

I think City Cabs is Awesome they have a new and improved team and they also have a great line up of new drivers.. They have two main offices so when i catch a plane i can get picked up right at the airport.. The cabs are inspected daily to make sure they are clean.. They even make the drivers wear uniforms to set themselves apart from other compamies.. On top of that it doesnt matter where i am I can always get a ride if need be. Harrisburg, York, Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Enola, Lemoyne etc.. Bassically all over PA Harrisburg City Cabs is the way to go :)

Only call this cab service if you don't have anywhere to go or desire to miss your train or flight. I called at 5:20am for a taxi so I can make my 6:30 train. After several phone calls and a yelling match I was informed at 6:07 am that there is no taxi available to pick me up. Call 717 234 4400. They showed up less than 10 minutes after I called and got me to the train station in time.

this company is horrible in service and thiefs i to used them on my birthday and got overcharged from a ride to hershey and when i got there i dropped my phone so i called the driver and company neither knew were it was there also always super late if you can avoid useing them do so it will save you alot of money there not even worth a star but i had to rate them this hussein guy works for them of course hes gonna say there excellent in all areas he said honest and fair which is way far from the truth

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie. I called for a cab one night to go to work and I waited for more than an hour and the cab never showed. Not only did the cab not show but the company would not even answer the phone so I could find out what was going on. I was late getting to work thanks to this company. I work the front desk at a hotel and they can be sure that I will not be using their cab company for any of my guest. This telephone number will be removed from all my records and I will not recommend them to anyone. Not a dependable company.

I only gave it one star because I've used this cab company once in the past and while they made me wait an extremely long time, at least they showed up... a rarity in this town.

However, I called last night on a slow Tuesday evening and was told someone would call me back when they were on the way. I waited a half hour and called again to make sure someone was still coming and they took my phone number down correctly. I was again told someone would "call you right back." I waited another half hour.

I then called several other companies and after TWO HOURS, finally a cab service from Lemoyne picked me up... but in those 2 hours, I never did receive a call from this company. If you don't have anyone available, just say so. Don't keep people waiting for over 2 hours; it's that simple.

I used to always call this cab company until one day my boyfriend left his phone in the can. We called the cab company to let them know about the situation and to keep an eye out for it. 1 week passed by and I decided to call the lost phone. The same guy that picked us up that day picked up the phone! I told him that the phone he has is my phone and if he stole it there is a tracker on it and we will find it. He said " no no I didn't steal your phone I'm with the cab company and I found it in my cab" he started to ask me where he could bring it and then some woman in the background then told him to hang up the phone and he did. I continued to call the phone back and he decided to turn the phone off. The service on the phone is now disconnected but I advise you not call this company if you want a cab. The drivers always try to get more money out of you, they're horrible drivers, and theives!

YOUR CAB DRIVER (DAWN) PICK UP MY SISTER AND TOOK HER TO GENEVES HAIR SALON. MY SISTER WAS VERY PLEASED. SHE SAID DAWN WAS SO EASY TO TALK TO AND MADE HER FEEL AT EASE. I WILL BE ASKING FOR DAWN IN THE FUTURE. THANK YOU.

Harrisburg has a lot of cab companies but Harrisburg city Cab is the only company that I call. The vehicles are clean. The meters are fair, and the drivers actually seem to like what they do. They even offer Handicap accessible vehicles.

I would refer Harrisburg City Cab to anyone !
