I will never return to Orchid Spa in Harrisburg. The employees are rude, inconsiderate and constantly on their cellphones rather than helping customers. After ONE week, when THREE weeks are guaranteed for acrylic gel nails, I came in due to discoloring of the polish and chipping of the sides. When I asked for either a refund or for the employees to fix them, the manager and other employees argued with me and told me it was MY fault my nails were messed up. Orchid Spa is not an ideal nail salon to go to. I do not recommend Orchid Spa whatsoever.
