We were hesitant to bring our boat to Reynolds after reading the reviews online but our experience was wonderful. The guys at Reynolds went out of the way to help! We brought our boat with a Mercury Verado 250 into their shop and they had it fixed in 24 hours! It was a simple fix (blown fuse). We paid the hour shop rate and headed to the lake. We will use them from here on our. Highly recommend.

Glenn Reynolds is probably the most rude person in the business. Called to ask about an xpress boat I had purchased while in the military and wanted some prop info and see if he had what I wanted. He told me that since I bought it from a crap dealer I deserve a crap product. And then had the nerve to tell me it was my problem I was not stationed close to his dealership to buy it because now he will not help me. And then after telling me I was stupid he said he didn't have time for my questions and hung up on me...stay away from this place

Reynolds said he could install a remote system on an older Honda outboard but when I took it there he said it couldn't be done and that I should buy a new model that he had. I tried to explain that the new model wouldn't fit in my boat and that's when he got nasty. So I called the Honda dealer in Cleveland, TN who checked with Honda and is installing the remote. Avoid going to Harriman

They charge around $100 an hou...

They charge around $100 an hour for labor plus they will charge for parts they did not use. EVEN if a repair is a loose wire that takes 15 minutes to diagnose, they will charge for an entire hour of labor. I asked if I could work out a deal to maybe pay a discounted rate or maybe some kid of trade as a light-hearted friendly offer, and Mr. Reynolds (the owner) cursed, called me a son of a ________. He threw a temper tantrum and asked me to never bring the boat back there for service even though I was handing him $100 to reconnect 1 wire.

HORRIBLE customer service. Had a 3 month old bass boat serviced there, tore up a week later. took it back in and they told me after the repair that I owe $1000 for a problem they caused.
