I took my vehicle through the automatic car wash and the brushes on the machine broke my drivers side and passenger side mirrors off my vehicle. They need to upgrade their system from the old rotating brushes to the new single arm system everyone else is using. Waste of $12 didn’t even clean the entire vehicle left dirt and residue

I only gave it one star because the option for no stars was not here, i live in the local area and every time i come here there is something wrong. Either the spot free doesn't work, the foam brush is frozen, does not have wax. Don't waste your time or money, wash it at home

DO NOT use the automated line at this car wash - worst one I've ever been too. Spent 30 minutes cleaning my car after running through the lane TWICE - and my car wasn't even that dirty. Soap doesn't rinse of properly and leaves a residue all over the car. I regret going here and never will again. And as of December 2013, they have the nerve to be building a second automatic wash!!
