I was shocked to read that anyone supposedly had a bad experience at Harmony Family Chiropractic! I've had lower back pain for years now that has progressively gotten worse. When my back went out this past time I was in a lot of pain and didn't want to seek more traditional medical attention because I'm a very busy mom and couldn't possibly function effectively being on pain meds or muscle relaxers. I was very nervous trying this path of treatment because it was all very new to me. Dr Jones immediately put my mind at ease. He took a very comprehensive health history from me and then spent a lot of time going over that history. He then followed that up with an thorough exam and xrays after which he explained exactly why he felt I was having all this recurring pain. I felt considerably better after the very first adjustment and feel better than I have in years since being under his care. He never pushed a treatment plan which made me feel at ease but just sat and discussed my options before we together decided what plan would be best for me. I really appreciated not being pressured. He spends time with each and every one of his patients from what I have seen and heard since being there. Dr Jones is always very professional yet obviously cares about his patients a lot. The office staff is also very accommodating and friendly. Any busy mom who doesn't seek help with back pain because of time- know the staff all work so well with schedules/rescheduling and have a really nice set up if you have to bring your little ones with you. I haven't had this little lower back pain in YEARS and feel I owe it all to the care of the staff and Dr Jones at HFC- would recommend them to anyone!

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 2 years ago. I'm 37 and sometimes feel like I'm 70. Isaac has done for me what NO MD ever has...he gave me HOPE. Although I have some bad days, under his careful chiropractic care plan, he has helped to minimize the bad and have more good days! His CARE plan provides much more than adjustments, massaging, and flexing, he definitely and truly introduces a personal and "family" approach (as the name says) to his practice. Each one of his clients is treated like they are his one and only client. My schedule is such that I can't plan my appointments. I will typically call on my way home from work, or just drop in when can, and I am always kindly welcomed. If I happen to skip a few days due to my travel schedule, I will get a phone call "just to check up on me!" SERIOUSLY! Isaac's personal, positive, and heartfelt approach is NO DOUBT a differentiator from any other chiropractor in the book!!! I HIGHLY recommend HFC- Isaac Jones DC. Toni Ferraro
