A big favorite in Harlingen any day of the week, lines do form especially on the weekend mornings. Its worth the wait though. They close at 730 every day, perfect for a sweet snack after work or dinner. My favs are the pumpkin empanadas & the moyetes, when i was a lil girl i loved the lady fingers- no wait i still love them :)
