Chico was the technician who came install a new toilet and remove the old one. He called informing the time he will be coming and arrived on time. He was very professional and patient as he explained to me step by step what he was doing. He left the bathroom clean and he removed all the trashes such as toilet box, all the debris from the old toilet.

Have had a clogged sink for days and nothing I did was working to fix the problem. I called several plumbers, who were unavailable for another week, before I got to All-Star Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone, Missy, was friendly and helpful. She had a plumber at my house within 20 minutes. The technician, Donovan, was friendly, knowledgable, efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty. He had my issues taken care of within 30 minutes or so and gave me several tips to help avoid clogs in the future. Overall, a wonderful experience (and now I can clean my kitchen!).
