I was initially pleased with the vet and the services I received for yearly check ups and shots. However, when our cat got sick earlier this year, we found out the true cost of using this vet. When it was necessary to put our cat to sleep, we were charged almost $250 and would have needed to pay an additional $200 to keep the ashes. Additionally, the vet showed little to no compassion and lacked people skills when talking about our cat's condition. I am very disappointed that we ever used this hospital.

I have two cats and two dogs and I would trust no other vet in town! The customer service is amazing, and you can tell all of them truly care about my pets. I have had to board them a couple times when I had to go out of town, and when I returned to pickup my babies, they didn't want to leave! The prices are comparable to the other hospitals in the area, and they always have coupons on their website to help me save money. Thanks Dr. James and staff for all your hard work!

this animal hospital charges almost double the price of others in the area.

dr novak is highly unprofessional and inadequate in her knowledge of cat illnesses.

dr novak prescribed a very aggressive antibiotic for my cat that had vomiting and diarrhea. why would'nt you prescribe a less aggressive one? perhaps a deal with that particular pharmaceutical company? because of this my cat became extremely ill from the severe nausea side effect of the med. he couldnt eat without vomiting. dr novak never offered any subcutaneous fluid to hydrate my cat. furthermore the doctor's behavior and attitude was less than acceptable for a vet. the prices were double that of a nearby animal hospital that i took my cat to the following day. good thing i did or i dont know that my cat would have survived. this animal hospital will never see my business again. i will recommend any other place than this for your sick animals.
