There is NO WAY We or any of our friends will ever use this so called company here in Hanover. The worst! Call around and ask don't just take reviews at face value. Most area contractors and people in business know of Forbes business and reputation! What a crook!

This company is well known in Hanover and surrounding counties. They rip off the contractors and do not pay them the agreed contract. They make up lies about work not being completed or a contractor broke a light or wall. Not true at all. It is their way of practicing this so they can reduce the agreed amount contracted. MANY area Contractors now refuse to do business with this company. It is not a vey reputable company. Take it from one who knows. Do not believe? Call local contractors, plumbers, electricians, masonary and ask about Bon Ton Builders and their reputation. !

Very Rude and argumentive. Does not pay its Contractors as well as we got sued by a plummer that did not get paid by this company we hired! Tony Forbes was lax in gertting our addition done in a professional timely manner. His Mother runs the office and when we called multiple times to complain that their men did not show or broke a wall fixture and several cabinets, we were rudely recieved by his mother and told we were over reacting. It continued to become a agonizing experience. I would never ever recommend this company. We asked the sub contractors in the area about this company. Many said they either know of companies Bon Ton refused to pay for work or they got stiffed themselves. One told us "pretty much all the local contractors know not to deal with Bon Ton and Tony Forbes". We wish we knew this earlier!
