We discovered Dickinson and Sons while trying to find someone to fix a new, but defective from the factory, Climate Master heat pump. The Climate Master dealer had been useless, but the technician from Dickinson and Sons resolved the original problem (low refrigerant from factory), then when the geothermal system still didn't work properly, he found and fixed another problem with the circulating pump.Most impressive was the fact that he'd never seen this unit...or any water to water geothermal heat pump...before, but he used the installation manual and a quick call to the technician at the distributor for refrigerant pressures to quickly and accurately diagnose the problems.
