Extremely rude owner Liz Seaton agreed to fix my woodstove door window frame under lifetime warranty. She reneged and charged me $89, saying that the manufacturer "typically only pays a minimal amount" so she did not submit it to them. Check Yelp for numerous other complaints about her unprofessional manner.

Awesome service start to finish. Day or Night recently installed my fireplace. I could not be more pleased. They were the only company who do the entire job. They also did the gas pipe and took care of all the permits and inspections. My technician Sam was very thorough and efficient. They had a great selection and the showroom staff knows their stuff, helping me design a beautiful design that is now a gorgeous focal point in my room.

This is an expensive outfit. $1,200 (labor only) to install a pellet stove ... this was a 4 hour job, $600 for $400 worth of parts (retail cost) & $198 to come diagnose a problem. It took 17 days for them to come service my unit (in season). The service it self was very good, techs were knowlegable, friendly and did a good job cleaning up. However, cost and service may be something to consider before getting involved with this company for your warranty.
