I am a sales representative on the road and was having a problem with my brakes. I took my car into Jannell as it was the closest auto dealer in the area. I had never been to Jannell Ford before that day. I had a great overal experience from the service advisor, to the mechanic to the cashier. I waited while they addressed the problem with my car. I worked on my laptop while they fixed my car. I would highly recommend them for service. The repair was fast and the price was great. A+

I brought my car in for an oil change. It was not done at the time it was supposed to be, so I asked them to leave it in the lot with the keys under the mat for me to pick up later. When I went to pick it up, keys were not in the vehicle, and it had grease stains on the carpet. I had to go back the next day to get keys. I received a survey a week later asking me what I thought of their service and I told them of the problems I had. Then about 6 weeks later they called to schedule regular maintenance and I told them again that I was not happy with their service and would not bring my vehicle back to them for service. You would think that after all this I would have heard from their management about trying to make it right, but I've never heard from them again. I would NOT recommend their service department. I now take my vehicle elsewhere.
