Clients coming to the Center are treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. The volunteer staff are caring and compassionate while maintaining a firm resolve to be good stewards of the resources provided through strict adherence to their established policies and procedures. Even belligerent clients are spoken to respectfully and professionally. Kudos to the volunteer staff!
