i would not recommend this furniture store to anyone because they started out being nice and began to be complete liars, they do not promise what they will complete. i regret hearing the show of lupita lomelli de arriba valle central they announce of serranos furniture, they should take into account what they show in commercials because the are scamming people and a commercial like that should not program what they would lie about. i went to go buy some furniture that cost me $2000 and i left 300 deposit and later i called saying that my wife had surgery and that i couldnt pay for them at the moment so i asked for my money back and they didnt want to return. i went this week and payed 335 more so they can deliver it they told me in 5 mins they would call and they didnt. i called the next day and they salesperson told me in a week to deliver my furniture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERRANOS FURNITURE. bad service and bad salepersons

this store sucks they have bad service and rude.... idk if the rest of the ppl here reviewing are the same workers but this store i would not go at all....

Went to shop for a new bedroom set and had a pleasant experiance. I was greeted and left alone to browse around without the sales person hanging on my back. Nice furniture and great price. Will definitely recommend family and friends
