I have never been so disappointed in a company before not only did they have bad customer service but they also did a horrible job on the work I had given to them. I had to come back a total of 4 times because the work was done incorrectly and the shirts I had gotten made had gotten complaints because the lettering was cut off. Every time I came back was another excuse as to why they did the style size or lettering wrong. I was lenient enough to let the shirts be 2-3 weeks out so they didn't feel pressured but even then the shirts were never done on the due date 2-3 weeks later they would be done or if I called and they told me for sure that after noon i would come back and again not be done for another few days I just think if they are aware that the shirts won't be done to just give a quick call so that i don't have to waste gas and my time. The last straw was when I went to go get 5 shirts fixed as they made the print really small on xl shirts way smaller than the small shirt print the owner told me she wouldn't do anything about it and was extremely rude she just said sorry but she wouldn't fix it as it wasn't her sons fault who made it but clearly it was because I purchased it off them overall don't waste your time

I went into have two sweaters made not only were they not made on the date they originally told me but when I pick them up and they look nothing like what I want it they were rude to me, they told me if I didn't like it I should go to a different shop, and they told me that I couldn't get a refund. Never EVER go to them.
