The service was great but when it comes to prices... They r too expensive... I took my mother to get her eyes checked... And they were ok till my mother couldn't get used to the no line bifocals.... We went back to have some made and the we never received a credit or our money back for downgrading... If u decide to have your eyes checked here be prepared for a good rip off:)

This was the most awesome eye dr I have ever been to. From the time I walked into the front door, to the time I left, I have never been made to feel so special. It is true genuine concern. From Doc to the receptionsit, what an awesome visit. I knew when I left that my eyes (which are precious to me) had been given the utmost care and my new eyeware would be specifically what I need!!! Thanks Doc and staff for having the best eye office around! YOu are the best!!!!

Actually, I did tell my best friend. I was so impressed with the staff and their customer service, everyone was very attentive from the time I walked in the door. They were very professional and they took their time to explain what they were doing throughout the eye exam. Thank you Dr. Kirby for your wonderful service, I am looking forward to my next visit.

Dr Kirby's office is the best I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly, offering drinks and even muffins if you would like one. There is no way I would ever go to a different doctor. I would recommend them with all my heart. Thanks Dr. Kirby and staff, for such wonderful experiences!

Wow, I couldn't disagree more with previous review. I have been a patient of Dr. Kirby's since 1986 and have always been extremely pleased with his care. Dr. Kirby has always been very thorough in his examination and answered any questions I have about my vision. I've had occasional problems with my eyes and contact lenses and he has always been able to get me in immediately. The staff is the friendliest. They greet you as soon as you walk into the office and don't ignore you like many other offices. There is never much of a wait to see the doctor. My insurance information is always reviewed before my appointment so they let me know what my coverage is and what options I have. And I know Dr. Kirby is also an excellent employer. A good friend worked for him for several years and she was always treated as family.

This is the worst eye doctor to go to. They will do whatever it takes to make the most money off of you. When you go into their office, they are very fake and act like they are all about helping their patients. But as I found out, they are not. Instead of helping you they will make decisions that end up costing you a lot of money. I have never had this problem with any other eye doctor in Hanford. Not only do they try to charge you as much as possible, there staff is also very rude. They do not care about their patients although that is the reason they have a job. If you like fake people and like to pay to be treated like you are cared about then this is the office for you. If you want to go somewhere where the doctor will help you to make informed decisions about what is best for you, then go somewhere else.
