Provided by YP.comWhy is it, that the DA's Office can embellish a police report and add a bogus charge that has no merit? Embellishing a report is a crime in itself, when the DA's Office institutes "Malicious Prosecution", the case should be dismissed. Where does one balance the "Scale of Justice", if one is accused of a crime yet the DA also commits a crime for embellishing a report?
