This orthodontist was great at first, they were very nice and affordable. When I went to speak with them at my daughters consultation we decided to get her braces with them. The waiting time takes forever! My daughter had an appointment at 3:30 and she ended up coming out at 5:15! After awhile they start changing their attitudes with you, they don't return calls, and Dr. Cao's wife Pauline the front desk lady is very rude on the phone. I did not expect that from them, and I paid off my daughters braces and she got retainers but then our dog chewed on them and asked how much it would be for a new top one. It was $500 and Pauline was upset cause their system was down and rude to me. That was way to much especially cause they had her mold already. So I called Dr. Rose in Hanford because my daughter went there a couple years ago for a speech retainer and they were nice back then. At Dr. Rose when I called the ladies were very nice again and said it would only cost $300 for everything! What a difference and she asked me when we were free to go in and what they had, theh also made sure we could go in at the time they had! I would recommend Dr. Rose instead due to their friendly staff and affordable prices as well.
