My husband and I purchased a new home and they were already the pool services company coming so we decided to keep them. BIG mistake!!! The pounds of dirt at the bottom should have been our first red flag but we decided to give them a chance. We held out until the one day a week "our" guy would come to clean the pool. We were planning on going out there and introducing ourselves and asking question for this was our first pool but we though we wouldn't go out first thing to give him time to do his work. In the blink of an eye he was gone and didn't even touch our pool. He did leave a little blue paper with everything checked off like spot vacuum pool, check equipment, test/ add chemicals, clean filters ect. None of which he did so for over a month we were calling and complaining that our pool was NEVER clean and the lady on the phone who claimed to b the manager would read us the notes that our guys was in fact doing work and that our pressure levels were fine blah blah they even took our pump once WITHOUT letting us know and didn't bring it back until the next week so a whole week more of dirt piled at the bottom of our pool. These guys at one point really seemed like they were trying but idk wtf they were doing because after we fired them we found a broken part replaced it and EVERYTHING worked better. Still not perfect because our filter which they put in is way too small but our pool is 10 times cleaner with us taking care of it then it was when they were and they are just dumb!!!

We went with this company because they have been in business for a long time and their website seemed legitimate. MY WIFE AND I'S MISTAKE! Worst customer service. Poor time management and we had to hire another contractor to finish our pool. Like the comment said above, DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!

We hired Gary Booth owner of Altra Pools to build our pool. He seemed very interested in us and spent a lot of time with us initially. He started the week of Thanksgiving and here we are mid August and our pool is technically not done. Although it is swimable, there are many small things that still need to be resolved. Once Gary had 90% of our money (we paid cash), we didn't see him again. Our original finish date was February 2. That deadline was blown as was 4 others after that. The last deadline we were given by Gary was July 15. That day has come and gone and we still have issues. We have even had to do some of the work that was supposed to be completed by him as per our contract, ie rebuilding the fence, rebuilding a retaining wall, replacing the sod. We have had 2 sit downs with him to discuss our problems and disappointments and he assured us it would get fixed. We just recently found out that the people he contracted to do the tile work have not been paid. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the licensing board, and we are considering legal action in small claims court. Do NOT let this man charm you!
