Buyer Beware of empty promises, terrible customer service and unprofessional work. We were excited to order our countertops from a local company, but it turned out to be a nightmare. When we first went to see them we were taken on a tour of the facility and really liked what we saw and heard. They made a big deal of their sealing process, which they said they did in house because they didn't trust contractors to do it properly. We placed our oder and then waited. After more than a month of delay beyond the promised date --which held up our kitchen construction at great inconvenience to us and our contractor -- the countertops finally arrived with the wrong edge, a couple of significant chips on corners, and apparently no sealing at all. Within a day of normal use (while we were trying to reach them) we had unrepairable stains on three of four counters. It took almost a week to reach someone with the authority to act (they don't actually return phone calls so we had to be very persistent) they agreed to take them back and fix them. They promised to turn them around in a week, which was another empty promise. We finally got them back after more than two additional weeks with the edge fixed, but there was still a chip in a prominent corner and the sealing was inadequate. We asked for a discount as partial compensation for our inconvenience and the not-perfect product but they threatened to put us into collection if we didn't pay the full remaining balance.
