The apartments are very nice, my neighbor above has no respect her child makes too much noise. The people in the office are not doing anything about it. The walls are thin. It's poor management, the money that you pay out here you would think you can have peace and quiet.

I normally don't like to complain but I'm praying this will help encourage the office staff to do better with their customer service. Apartment visit was great. The application process has been a nightmare. New apartment community with TWO staff member on the ground doing ALL of the paperwork. I sumitted an application over a month ago to this day no response. I've called several time (leaving messages) have not received a single call back. I hope the current staff is not an outlook on the way the new community will run.

First impression, the staff was nice and excited about my interest of moving to this apartment community. I am stunned that they have absolutely NO idea of when the apartments will be available to move it. Nevertheless my move in date has came and gone and have yet been contacted. After dealing with comparable apartment communities in the area, this place seems the most unorganized to include no move in specials.

The rental office really should not write there own reviews. It is clearly apparent this is the case. The verbiage is not consistent with people who write reviews usually. Let the community and tenants form there own opinions by the conduct and behaviors of your rental staff. Just driving by the community looks like it will be wonderful for this area, much needed retail shops! ......excited to see it completed.

The leasing consultant took great care and time with us. We can't move till summer but she made alot of time for us. I already feel like I am part of the community!!

My friend and I were the first to apply to this new gated community. The apartments are going to be huge, with a full size washer and dryer. Oh yeah there is a sun room too!! We can not wait to move in November.

The apartments are not ready yet however I have been by the leasing trailer and the staff is great!! It will be nice to see the revitalization on King Street.
