The president to this company, Mr. David Merryman may seem nice at first. He showed his true colors after I denied his offer. His language used towards me was very vulgar, and rude. He did not hesitate to call me names, and verbally assault me on many different levels. The prices he quotes are unreasonable and extremely high. You would be better off dealing with people that want your business, and have reasonable prices. I couldn't help but feeling scammed the entire time I talked to Mr. Merryman. His goals are only to help himself, with no regard towards others hardships. Please beware.

I only gave him one star here because it will not let me give him a negative star. I am an electrical contractor that Merryman hired six weeks ago. I rescheduled my other work to accomodate his impatience, gave him professional, quality work with a good price. Once the work was done i wasted a lot of time getting the run around about being paid. He is always so busy that he has no time to write my check. I'll be filing a small claims suit and a lien on his property today. i strongly recomend to anyone to avoid doing any kind of business with him at all, it will turn sour.
The previous review is extremely accurate about Merrymans greed, scamming and pompous, arrogant demeanor. He has learned to exploit, scam, and cheat people and the section 8 subsidy system. He Is the kind of person people should just avoid.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!!! He never provided the written estimate that I requested. He left with half the work done, asked for a payment for that day and then tried to charge me three times the initial amount to finish. His long time employee claims he didn't know that deer liked Pansies!!!!!!

When I expressed extreme displeasure and asked for part of my money back he told me to use the money I would spend fighting him and spend it at a homeless shelter!!

I had a positive experience with MGM from start to finish! They removed some old concrete sidewalk, moved a lamp pole, installed pavers and did some minor landscaping. Derrick presented me with a detailed contract and price that was what I paid and what was done. When I had some small concerns/complaints, they were fixed without questioning. Bennie did excellent paving work and Tim and Tremaine, among others, were professional and hard working. The work was done as scheduled and the communication with Derrick was excellent. I highly recommend this company!
