I visted your estabishment tonight and got a to go order at your big bethel location. I order french fries w my family meal and got coleslaw. The boy at the window fixed it and apologized. When I got home the order was wrong I ordered 5 fish and 7 chicken and got all fish. When i called to speak to the manager and told her that they got my order wrong she was rude and replied " I didn't mess your order up I wasn't cooking but what is the problem. Her name was Quitta or something like that. I can't remember exactly. Anyways she told me to just bring the fish back. So I get there and it was raining so I went back threw the drive thru. The boy at the window when i tried to hand them the fish said just keep it and here's the other food. The manager jumps behind him and says " oh no I told her to bring it back". I got home w the chicken and fish and of course everything else is cold. Me working in a restaurant myself for one passing food back through the window is a violation. your not suppose to take food back through the window. And two I never ever seen a more rude unprofessional manager in my life. She was rude and more than ghetto the way she was speaking. I def. will not be coming back, and if you don't want to lose more business I think I would find myself a new manager!!!
