The new staff at this place is the worst that I have ever encountered! We have had so many problems with them that I will not attempt to name them all. When we first moved there in February 2012, the staff at the time was very pleasant and professional. If there were any problems they were taking care of immediately; however when new management took over, we couldn't get any of our needs addressed. Ronald Olive, the Property Manager was never available for us to speak with. Our very first time meeting was when they attempted to tow my automobile on accident, I made it home just in time to see my car on the tow truck leaving the complex, I approached the driver and he pointed to the leasing office. I went into the leasing office and verbally addressed new management. I was very upset and irate, rightfully so; but Ronald Olive didn't help the situation, he told me that he would walk away if I didn't calm down. I told him to go ahead and I would have him arrested for Grand Larceny. to make matters worst, there was a security guard accompanying the tow truck driver on the property. I approached him when several minutes had lapsed and my car hadn't been returned to the front of my building, I asked him how long would it take? by this time, I was calm. his response was, "get back in your car tough guy". this response set me off again, well this security guard got out of his truck walk over to me and got into fighting position as if he was going to strike me, needless to say, this set me off. This type of treatment and the towed my car illegally, furthermore I pay rent to this place. fast forward, We moved on June 15 and overpaid rent for the Month of June. I went into the office in early July and was met by a gentlemen, that I never met before, with attitude he told me that Ronald Olive was not in the office and that they had 30 days to close my account. It is now July 17 and we still have not heard from this offfice with a refund of what we paid. We have called several times and told that Mr. olive would call us back, but he never does. Finally we were told that he was no longer with the company. We have not been refunded and naow no one seems to know that we gave Mr. olive a notice every month that we were moving the following month as he asked. When our lease was up in March, we went on a month to month because we were looking for a house. We gave a notice in May that we would move in June and then paid a full month's rent; but moved on the 15th, therefore we are do a refund for half month's rent. This has been the worst living experience of my life and I suggest that anyone reading this reconsider. You consider home to be peaceful and relaxing; but when you love somewhere that the property management doesn't make your experience pleasurable it adds to your stress. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I was not impressed with Lakeside Villa when it came to the business end.I was never told when I filled out the application and paid $49.00 for the application fee and $50.00 for security deposit if I was not approved for the apartment I would not get my application money back. I was never told verbally or in writing. Due to their bogus practices I was not approved for the apartment but I was approved by another complex with stricter guild lines and the complex was much nicier, larger, professional staff and much bigger apartment complex in a better neighborhood with less traffic. I would not suggest my enemy moving there. Don’t expect your deposit back if you move because you will have to take them to the better business Bureau like I am doing presently. It has been a month and I have not received my deposit.
