Unprofessional office staff.
We had this company cut a window for us. When I could not reach my husband to see if the window had been picked up I called to ask the office staff if he had been there.
Some woman with an attitude told me "yes" (presumably without checking), so I did not stop to get the window. Today my husband had to leave a jobsite to go and get the window. That will cost him more than just the price of the window.
All previous glass ordered from Panorama has been cut properly.
However the office staff cannot be trusted to provide accurate information in regards to the status of their inventory.

We've used their service at least once each year for the last three years. Their technicians are reliable and extremely competent.

We would recommend them without reservation.

They do the job efficiently and in short order. The lady there is friendly enough after you get to know her. I am a kind of nuisance customer who has the same screen door issue every year. She tolerates me and probably thinks I am a nut because I return so often with the same screen. My grandchildren play hell with the screen.

Awful service. No communication and just doesn't show up. Girl in office makes faces and just plain nasty. Go somewhere else
