Don't use this father & son business unless you can make sure the father is going to do the job. Son was uninterested, careless and took the easy way out at every stage of the plumbing project. Emptied my hot water heater w/o bothering to connect a hose to run it away from the house. Dumped 50 gallons of hot water onto our concrete pad 4" away from the house - 4 inches! Never told me (or I would have swept it away from the house) so it seeped into a wall inside. The job was soooo unprofessionally done. Sloppy connections. Lack of basic supplies (I had to give him screws) to use. It was worse than homeowner plumbing jobs that I have done myself. Stupidly, I paid in full - then found all the issues. Asked for money back but never got an answer. Use someone else or find out how to do it on the web yourself. Learn from my costly, stupid mistake. And son had a snarky attitude when I had to call him back to the house twice to correct things. Like I was annoying him.
